Make calendar work with timezones

Looks like the fullcal component is not adjusting when you're in a different timezone :P

FullCal lib is just broken - repeating ical events aren't localized according to timezones, but singular events are. (seems like it's maybe related to this issue, but the monkey patch someone posted there doesnt work for me)
