Fix Course Table Overlapping Over Notes Panel

Problem: When the page is half the screen size, the titles of the course table overlap over the notes panel
Solution: Have the titles not overlap

Description: When the page is half the screen size, the titles of the course table overlap over the notes panel while the rest of the table does not. This doesn't happen to the student table so look to that as an example.

Specs:

• the whole course table should be behind the notes panel
