Add the Term Drop Down Menu for Student Courses and Exams

Problem: The mockups have a drop-down menu for the term in the student details page
Solution: create a drop-down menu for each term in the student details page

Description: We want to be able to filter the course and exam list by each term. Mockups have it as Spring 20 Semester, Spring 2020 might be better. Let's have a team discussion about this.
Specs:

• create a drop-down menu
• have the options in the drop-down menu be the terms shown up in the database...if this is not too difficult
• filter the course table by term
• filter the exam table by term
