Move student info to one of the 3 squares

Problem: We have a new design for student info in the student details page
Solution: Remove the side panel in the student details page and more the info to one of the 3 squares at the top of the page

Description: We have a new design for student info! We no longer want a side panel on the student details page so remove it. Instead, we will be using one of the 3 squares at the top of the student details page. Look at the mockups to see the exact design and move the student info there.

Specs:

• remove the side panel on the student details page
• move student info to one of the 3 squares
• looks exactly like the mockups

There are a few designs on figma. We are using the newest design. If you are unsure which one is the design we want to implement ask @emilySHEN000
