Support vanilla (dense) tensors/memrefs as input/output of entry function

Current assumption of kokkos-xlate seems to be that all tensors are SparseTensors. It would be good to have the ability to pass vanilla dense tensors (according to memref abi).

@vmiheer This will be one of the changes in #47. There are no longer separate sparse and dense Kokkos emitter pipelines. Dense tensors are now always Kokkos::Views and sparse tensors are decomposed into multiple Kokkos::Views (this is a nice thing that MPACT does for us). So there shouldn't be any more need to deal with StridedMemRefType or SparseTensorStorageBase.
