Prototype new wizard format

Explore options for a new wizard format that will:
-serve as a generic template for the creation of all model types
-explicitly integrate the wizard step, stage, or phase to improve our current breadcrumb step display method
-establish a base vocabulary for common wizard phases, such as "Locate Data", "Connect", "Upload Data", "Select Columns", "Name Model"
