problems installing

When you try to install your utility on ubuntu 18.04 composer reports
"Could not find a version of package sandrokeil/php-to-zephir matching your minimum-stability (stable). Require it with an explicit version constraint allowing its desired sta
bility."

The right command to install
composer require --dev sandrokeil/php-to-zephir:dev-master

[sandrokeil]

Hello, you can also add these two lines to your composer.json and it shoudl work as described.

  "prefer-stable": true

I have no issue about using require sandrokeil/php-to-zephir:dev-master --dev command on my Ubuntu 18.04 dist and Composer version 1.10.1.

Here are my steps to use above command:

• Create empty directory named test via mkdir test command.
• Using composer require sandrokeil/php-to-zephir:dev-master --dev command.
• It will be successful to install dev-master version of this package.

@rigin, do you have current steps to install this package with dev-master version?

I can try to reproduce this issue and find current problem :).
