Architecture agnostic containers

Description of feature

As I can't use the farm at the minute, I'm running tests locally. However this results in:

WARNING: The requested image's platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/arm64/v8) and no specific platform was requested
  .command.run: line 177: Unexpected: unbound variable

This occurs after a dozen jobs complete fine.

Should we find agnostic containers where possible?

This effects:

- gunzip
- blobtk

Similar to sanger-tol/variantcalling#93 perhaps ? Tyler wrote he could get it to work with Rosetta.

I'm a surprised you're having an issue with gunzip. I'd have thought it's a standard enough tool to have containers for all platforms.
for blobtk raise a ticket at https://github.com/genomehubs/blobtk. The build workflow suggests it can be compiled for arm64, and lower down the file there's the building of the container. Rich might be able to find a way of making the arm64 container as well.
