Question regarding `x-tagGroups` support

Does sanic openapi extension support the [x-tagGroups](https://redocly.com/docs/api-reference-docs/specification-extensions/x-tag-groups) option from redoc to group the tags? Could not find information regarding this in sanic docs. Appreciate the help.
