Feature request: HTML to portable text

Is there any way this lib can have html to block ability like sanity tool does?
I'm trying to import legacy db into sanity with php ( since all utilities are already built there ) and not able to find a way to convert html into block in php.

Our legacy DB has article body as full html contents. And I can't find any way to convert those contents into block json in php.

I had a similar need (in my case, a webhook that sucks in product descriptions from Shopify into Sanity). I came across this:

Unfortunately it needs to be run from sanity exec which I can't do through the webhook, so I'm stuck.
