Navigating from structure tool to presentation tool

When users are editing a document in the structure tool, we have traditionally provided a "preview" pane using the iframe method. Now that we are migrating clients to the presentation tool, we are struggling with finding a way to link from the structure document to the presentation tool. In other words, instead of clicking on preview and seeing the iframe, users should be taken to the correct url in the presentation tool.

When in the presentation tool, documents are correctly located and can be edited there, but we would like to provide the reverse for users coming from the structure side.

Is there a config option we are missing, or something we could build to do this?
