I'm writing a web-scraping program that only scrapes once every 4 hours. While I'm developing this program, I'd like to be able to configure my Jobs such that they optionally also run once upon startup.

This wouldn't merely be for development, or else I'd simply set my interval to 20 seconds or so. I'd like my program to scrape as soon as it [re]starts.
