Restructure Repo

Arrange all folders in the specific language alphabetically. Use a new naming convention. For eg - "Sample_Name" should only be allowed. Rest all like "sample name", "sample-name", etc are not allowed. Check if any folder is mismatched with the language folder and all sub-folders belong to their respective folders. Any further suggestions and improvements are appreciated. please mention in the comments if any.
