Create a causes section as well as dropdown field in donate now page connected to donate now button on the navbar.

Causes section which is to be created must be based on the cause for which a person is donating a certain amount. Donate Now button on the navbar may include a dropdown which will have certain options of causes related to the orphans and whenever the user will donate for a particular cause , the percentage which is shown should increase or decrease accordingly. Backend implementation is required and real data is to be displayed.
