वक्तॄणामस्वतन्त्रत्वात् काव्यादिषु दर्शनात् ।
मुख्यवच्च प्रसिञ्चत्वात् प्रथमालक्षणाश्रितः ॥ १ ॥

I feel that it should be प्रसिद्धत्वात् .

What is रक्तपानडी ?

I am not sure what is meant by these two lines.
