AP<ab>, <ls> tooltips

In cdsl displays of AP, it is desired to have tooltips for general abbreviations
and for literary source abbreviations.

The first step is to provide a tab-delimited file of these abbreviations as provided in front matter of AP.

• General abbreviations : page 15 of volume 1 front matter
• Literary source abbreviations: pages 12-14 of volume 1 front matter
• Abbreviations from page 4 of volume 3 front matter
  • Under group I, all appear to be 'works and authors' (so cdsl 'ls') abbreviations
    • Though some, e.g. 'Inscr.', may be cdsl 'ab' abbreviations
  • Under group II, all are General (cdsl 'ab') abbreviations.

Let @gasyoun / @Andhrabharati arrange for these three files to be typed.

Then, it will be up to @funderburkjim or @drdhaval2785 to

• add the markup to ap.txt
• add the apab and apauth folders in csl-pywork
