orphus method of correction submission

In sanskrit-lexicon/csl-corrections#26, @SergeA requested that correction submissions be possible by the Ctrl-enter method (called orphus) in the list display for all dictionaries.

This issue documents the changes to this repo required to accomplish this.

There still remains to make UI enhancement to make this functionality known to users.

I already sent 1 correction to AE. Hope it was successful.
