docs: remove Buy Me a Coffee references from all READMEs

Removes the ☕ coffee link from the About the Author section and the
Buy Me a Coffee badge from the Let's Connect footer across all 7
localized READMEs (EN, ES, JA, KO, PT-BR, CN, zh-TW). Aligned with
the pure model — revenue comes from personal brand, not repo donations.
