Better structure for docker mode isolation #11
Description
We haven't run under docker for some time, but the pipeline has several limitations originally imposed due to isolated docker environment used for each pipeline stage (e.g. difficulty accessing information from other stages). Review impact of new pipeline structures on original container mode of operation and see if there is a new framework that would facilitate a more efficient global approach.
