allow polarization dependent delay offsets in Stage 2 #18
Description
Polarization-dependent delay_offs are not used in Stage 2 because they would be overwritten by Stage 4. However in some cases there may be significant differences in the bandpass between both polarizations.
It is possible in Stage 4 to add to existing polarization-dependent delay_offs instead so they are not overwritten.
