Pacemaker: manual move of a resource bans original node #39
Description
manual move of a service from node-A to node-B will ban node-A so in case of node-B's failure, the service will move to node-A and then again back to node-B when it becomes available again
If you 100% correct Node B will be ignored for this resource in the future. So that the resource will be start on node c and than shift back to A or when you have only 2 nodes. The resource will be stay down until the node A come back
