Size of IPv6 fluctuates

When I compare the file sizes of geo-whois-asn-country over time, I can see that the size of the IPv6 file fluctuates considerably. I'd expect some little fluctuation with a slow growth trend, as we see with the v4 file. The significant differences in size of the v6 file suggest that the generation process sometimes fails or is incomplete. I haven't compared the contents or which of the other feeds show a similar pattern, yet.
