when i hit php artisan db:seed then it shows this error

This means you are database already has table name 'user' .. follow this steps

1. Go to your database .. check is users table exists if exists delete the table

2. run command

php artisan migrate:refresh ( for less than v5.6)

php artisan migrate:fresh (for version above 5.7)
