Detect & notify when the network ID for a domain name has changed

It might be useful if the app had local storage of all the domain names and their corresponding network IDs, and then was able to detect when the TXT record listing a domain name's network ID changed to a different network ID, and then notified the user of this change. This might help the user be aware if something gets compromised for a network.
