Add controller panels for the rest of the MQTT API #213
Description
We can start by having it be admin-only.
- Add controller interface in Camera panel to adjust the camera ISO & shutter speed (Add control panel for camera settings #216)
- Add controller interface in Camera panel to adjust the camera white balance (Add control panel for camera settings #216)
- Add a minimal controller interface to run data acquisition (Expose interfaces for stop-flow imaging #272)
- Add controller interface in Focus panel to adjust the focus
- Add controller interface in Camera panel to toggle the LED (note: this depends on the Planktoscope's MQTT API to expose an interface to set the LED)
