Enhance JSON logging

Hi,

Your tool is great !
I've been using it for several weeks.

However, in term of JSON log format, readability can be pain af ^^
It would be nice to have way to customize what part of the json we want to display (JMESPath)

Thank you for opening this issue, and for using kubetui. Sorry for the late reply. I’d like to proceed with your proposal to make JSON logs customizable—I agree that raw JSON can be hard to read.
