Custom CRDs

There are 6 tabs in kubetui that correspond to the following built in CRDs:
1. Pod -> pod
2. Config -> configmap
3. Network -> service
4. Event -> ?
5. API -> ?
6. YAML -> similar to `kubectl describe`

It would be nice to be able to customize tabs based on CRDs and separate custom CRD tabs from built in CRD tabs. Should also have a separate tab to browse custom CRDs as well.
