Prepare a jxl-rs-based branch

jxl-rs is a new Rust crate from the libjxl team. It's not anywhere near production-ready yet and thus I only intend to maintain it in a separate branch. The purpose is to gain experience about the new API surface and provide feedback.

Hi @saschanaz Thank you for making this wonderful tool to be able to preview JXL thumbnails. My 12 gen intel seem to be slow with new releases but downgrading to 0.1.19 certainly helped a lot which was a night/day difference in speed.

I have few 150+ megapixels panorama images that have no issue rendering in latest rust version but fail to load in v0.1.19 and below.

It creates a crashdump called DLLHost.exe.dmp after failing to load large Megapixel images. If you could fix this issue and continue a separate build for us I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Edit: Remove Mega link and zipped the file instead which went from 55mb to 200kb

I'm told that the upcoming jxl-rs release will significantly improve the performance, would be nice to try that.

That's a really great news....rust is very stable and if the performance is anywhere near v0.1.19 that'd settle that for me.

Looking forward to trying it out.
