Change target folders in Viya JSON package

Viya currently does not support importing content to a different folder. in #29 it was suggested we could pre-process the mapping file before import. Let's give that a try :)

I believe that a suitable solution for this issue has been rolled out in #227

It's not the ideal, as it doesn't offer true 'many folders --> many folders' conversion capabilities, but it does provide a 'many folders --> single folder' function, which is something.
