[Feature Request]: Floating "Back to Top" Button for Better Navigation #497

Description

@Aimerence

Problem:
On long articles, the current "Back to Top" button at the bottom isn’t very helpful because:

You have to scroll all the way down to find it—which feels pointless when you just want to go back up.
There’s no way to see how far you’ve read, which can be disorienting.
Ideal Solution:

A small floating "Back to Top" button that stays in the bottom-right corner as you scroll (like many modern websites).
(Nice-to-have) A simple progress indicator (e.g., "50% read") next to the button.
Why This Matters:

Improves usability, especially for long guides or documentation.

Note: I’m not a developer, so I can’t help with implementation—but I’d love to see this as a user!
