Restore "Encrypt Sign" and "Decrypt Verify" Buttons to Toolbar or Enable Customization

Sorry for this but i have exactly the same issue as someone posted more one year ago but it's taged "closed"

i just lost one hour and tested another software before understand that buttons will never work :)

I'm on the last flatpak version of flathub, linux mint xfce 22.3

The issue was closed because the customization was added in Settings > Appearance section
