Add Junit5 TestWatcher example to `selenium-examples` module

@titusfortner can you please add your Junit 5 Test Watcher example to the selenium-junit5-examples module?
You can follow the instructions in the CONTRIBUTING.md
And then just make it visible on the root README.md so users can find it
