BeamLR and BeamC, warping, implement additional d^2\theta/dx^2 degree of freedom

In order to accurately represent Nastran's CBEAM element, we must implement the additional d^2\theta/dx^2 degree of freedom that can be used together with the warping constant of the cross section.
