Can not download the dependency

Hi saurfang,

I find the release [here](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/saurfang/spark-knn/0.3.0), but the
```
// https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/saurfang/spark-knn
libraryDependencies += "saurfang" % "spark-knn" % "0.3.0"
```

Not working for me.
