What about moving testing to bats?

This was mentioned in a PR, so what about moving to BATS?

I have never tested that testing system, that is more standard than the cqfd's custom testing script.

I'm all for it. I actually added bats tests to cukinia, another open source tool from savoirfairelinux.

It's especially useful to describe the expected output of the command under test: return value, regex present, ...
This makes it easy to test fail cases as well. A mock library is also easy to set up to fake the system environment.

My cukinia PR contains a fully automated example with the github-actions.yml and dependencies installation.
