Optimise SVG images #237
Description
Once #236 has been merged, which adds a plot_vertices_only option to sxbp_walk_figure(), this should be taken advantage of in the SVG renderer, allowing a more optimised polyline to be generated in the SVG file which only uses the line vertices instead of individual 1-unit-long sub-lines.
