+- [x] **Stack Stop Output**: `stack stop` no longer prints two lines of podman-compose noise per container; the shutdown shows a single-line wait timer (matching the startup style) followed by the stopped-status block. Genuine stop errors still pass through the output filter. Closes #1682.
+- [x] **Vault Wipe-and-Reinit**: the split-state recovery path now recreates the `aixcl-vault-data` volume before restarting Vault (compose never creates external volumes, so the restart always failed), surfaces compose errors instead of discarding stderr, and uses the `aixcl` compose project name. Closes #1686.
