AINL Cortex is open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
The plugin — including the MCP server, hook system, graph memory backends, AINL integration, A2A bridge, CLI tools, tests, and documentation in this repository — is available under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute it under those terms.
The Apache License 2.0 permits commercial use of AINL Cortex. You may:
- use the plugin in commercial projects and products
- embed or redistribute it as part of a commercial offering
- modify it and distribute modified versions under the same license
You may not use the AINL Cortex name, logos, or branding to imply official endorsement or affiliation with AINativeLang, Inc. without permission. See TRADEMARKS.md.
AINativeLang, Inc. offers commercial products and services built on the AINL ecosystem, including:
- hosted AINL runtime and execution services
- enterprise A2A orchestration and governance
- managed ArmaraOS deployments
- SLA-backed support, onboarding, and custom engineering
- compliance and audit tooling
These offerings are governed by separate commercial terms and are not included under the Apache License 2.0.
Use of AINL Cortex does not grant any right to:
- proprietary AINativeLang, Inc. services or modules
- hosted or managed infrastructure
- commercial support or SLA programs
- official certification, endorsement, or partner status
