Unable to retrieve the key #382

Hi All,
I'm struggling to connect my switchbot Lock Ultra using bluethoot to HASSIO. Using cloud credentials seems that "Unknown problem happened" come out every time. I would try using Key ID and Encryption Key but there is no way to get the script get_encryption_key.py working.
I'm stucked at the point in which I obtain the following:
$ ./scripts/get_encryption_key.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\Users\Daniele\Downloads\pySwitchbot-master\pySwitchbot-master\scripts\get_encryption_key.py", line 5, in
from switchbot import SwitchbotLock
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'switchbot'
Could someone explain what I'm missing out?
