Fix garbled icon on Windows

Sometimes, the application icon for MOCCASIN on Windows is garbled. Thomas Hamm reported it, and I've seen it too, but not consistently. I don't know how to reproduce it.

the windows icons come in different sizes, to see them all, you could just use the explorer and use a scroll wheel to look at them. Or you open up the file in gimp, there you will see that some of the icons contained are garbled. In fact all except icon 7, 8 and 10 are showing up garbled for me.

I would jsut remove the remaining ones. I'm not sure how you created them, in the past i loved using:
