Improve titles of components in mac .pkg installer

Currently, the names of the components in the installer for the mac releases uses "MOCCASIN GUI" and "MOCCASIN CLI", which I must have thought at the time was clear enough but which I now think is not clear. We should rename them to something like "MOCCASIN (graphical interface)" and "moccasin (command-line interface)".
