Scripted tests are not run #23
Description
There's currently one scripted test in https://github.com/sbt/librarymanagement/tree/1.0/sbt/src/sbt-test/dependency-management/chainresolver.
This project's build doesn't include scripted. What should we do? Port this test back to sbt/sbt, or implement handler's to write useful scripted tests for this repository? I'm not sure how useful it could be, since these tests often need special configuration from the project's definition.
