publish zip/tarball

Hi

and sorry, this is probably answered many time already, but now i am little bit stuck with this one.
I am able to create zip tarball nicely with packageZipTarball and publish also works fine but does not upload .tgz and zip file to maven repo. I have enablePlugins(UniversalDeployPlugin, JavaAppPackaging) in my build.sbt file and i am using addSbtPlugin("com.github.sbt" % "sbt-native-packager" % "1.9.11")
This is quite simple command line written by scala and i have ccouple of other scala/sbt/play projects where that works just fine.
