I suspect Caliban schema macros is affected by this too.
Sometimes I compile a project, deploy, but my changes are not there.

Scala 3 maintains the compiler bridge that tracks dependencies between symbols, for example https://github.com/scala/scala3/blob/3.7.3-RC2/compiler/src/dotty/tools/dotc/sbt/ExtractDependencies.scala.
The inline / macro functions might need some special treatment, but I suggest opening an issue on scala/scala3 repo as well.

Side note: In Scala 2.x I vaguely recall there were some special treatment for traversing into macro attachments. Potentially related are might be https://github.com/scala/scala3/blob/3.7.3-RC2/compiler/src/dotty/tools/dotc/sbt/ExtractDependencies.scala#L229-L233:

Not sure if this is the same issue, but when I'm using Scalatest with ScalaMock I have similar errors. I managed to sandbox one of them
