Ideal notification events:

• When tool a person is on the waitlist for is returned
• Notify booth chairs when watch shift is more than 5 mins late
• Notify builders 30 mins before tool return time
  • For all tools the checkout time should be 4 hours
  • Allow for mobile renewal between 10pm and 10am
• Notify SCC group members when a note to them is created
• Notify SCC Chair and SCC Advisor in case of an emergency
• Notify booth chairs when down time is started and when they are running out of down time
