%description
The MEMENEW package is an EMBOSS conversion of the MEME package from Timothy L. Bailey.

The MEME versions of these programs all have the same name as the original programs. Thsi is not our usual policy, and we may change the names to add a prefix (usually "e") ni a future release.

Although we take care to check that the EMBOSS versions will give the same results as the original programs, we recommend that if the results are used for publication you should check that you get the same results with both for your specific inputs.
