Migrate SE-2 with Scaffold-UI

Description:

We have a draft PR at scaffold-eth/scaffold-eth-2#1136, let's replace all the local components with scaffold-ui components.

This will also put scaffold-ui into nice test of being used by 3rd party app and we can accordingly update the packages here with bugs / customisations and track them here 🙌
