Similar to debug-contracts, it would be nice to have blockexplorer package as well.
Not sure whats the best way to ship it to end users, it could be a single component and we handle pathnames with react state and tabs. The UI would look different than current SE-2, coz there we have separate pages.
Or maybe other way could be shipping it local nextjs app. Similar to https://framesjs.org/guides/debugger or drizzle-kit studio which people could pull and have it locally and it starts the nexts server reading anvil / hardhat blockchain at http://localhost:3010
