README emoji characters display as mojibake (UTF-8 encoding issue) #392

The README.md appears to be saved/committed with the wrong encoding, causing emojis to render as mojibake. For example, the first line shows:

Expected:
🏗 Scaffold-ETH 2 Challenges
This happens throughout the file (e.g., 🚩, 🎲, etc.). Suggest re-saving README.md as UTF‑8 (no BOM) and committing with proper emoji characters.
