Describe the bug

1. checkout sttp, e.g. softwaremill/sttp@067e78c
2. import into metals
3. update async-http-client to 3.0.1: https://github.com/softwaremill/sttp/pull/2358/files
4. reimport
5. go to BodyToAHC, and try navigating to one of the setBody variants. Either it doesn't work, or it navigates to methods from AHC 2
